Hose Goes Into Skimmer

Depends on the kind of dirt you need to pick up. Generally speaking, “suction side” cleaners that constantly vacuum your pool (hose goes into your skimmer) are best when you have mostly dust and dirt. They tend to have difficulty with larger debris like leaves and needles. If that is you main debris then I suggest a “pressure side” cleaner. Some of these have a booster pump, some don’t. But they all use a hose with water pressure to propel them. They have a debris bag that will collect the leaves very well, but dust and dirt may go through the bag.

New Automatic Pool Cleaner

Unfortunately, the pool cleaner for my pool has broken. It’s an older model Polaris.I am about to purchase the new one from later next month but as of now I was wondering, does anyone have any insight on new pool sweeps?

I'm looking for a robotic pool cleaner that will work well

I would really like if it is not hooked up to a hose and if it will not suck so much on the lining that it will cause wrinkles. also, I would prefer it to be less than 0 unless it is really worth it. no need for a remote controlled.

Difference between the Polaris Turbo Turtle and the Polaris Super Turtle brand pool cleaners?

Most of what I have read says that the Turbo Turtle is for cleaning above ground pools and the Super Turtle is for cleaning in ground pools, but the only difference I can see between the two products is that the Turbo Turtle has a 5ft hose and the Super Turtle has an 8ft hose. Some websites have said that Turbo Turtle is meant for in ground pools but most (including the Polaris website) say above ground.

My family’s in ground pool is only 5ft deep so I don’t see why buying a Turbo Turtle wouldn’t be a better choice than the Super Turtle.
