Best Pool Cleaner

What is the best manual pool vacuum around?

I am currently using a really horrible pool vacuum, just attached to a telepole.

Where can I find a more powerful and efficient pool vacuum? I don’t mind if it’s automatic, but I prefer to make sure the pool is clean myself.

It’s an in-ground pool.
